Ordering Information

1. When will my order ship?

Orders are sent within 2 business days.

2. How will my order ship?

Most packages are shipped through the USPS Priority. If you ordered 6 bottles or more your order will likely ship FedEx Ground. In both cases, you get a tracking number.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases over 5 items.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We may in the near future.

5. Do you accept returns? 

Yes, we stand by our product 100%.  If you are not satisfied with our products we will give your money back.

6. What if my package arrived with broken bottles?  

We insure our shipments.  If you have received a damaged product please contact us with a photo so we can make an insurance claim.  We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

1. Where do you get your beets?

Our beet farm is located in Bakersfield California.  They are certified organic farm.

2. Where do you get the rest of your ingredients?

Everything else comes from suppliers locally produced in California.

3. Are your ingredients organic?

Yes, we are USDA Organic certified.

4. Are your beets Non-GMO?


5. Is Beetchup gluten free?

Yes. They are not certified gluten-free, however, they do not contain any gluten. The kitchen we use does not process items containing gluten, nuts, or soybeans.

Company Information

1. When was your company started?

The first Beetchup was created in 2007 as a complementing sauce for 4th 2nd Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational in Los Angeles, we’ve won 1st place in Judges Award.  We’ve started Collective Cuisine in 2011 began producing Beetchup for restaurants around Los Angeles.  5 years later, we finally launched our consumer version of Beetchup.
