Collective Cuisine is about sharing, learning, and educating.  In Collective Cuisine there is no tradition, no limits to how a dish is made, it’s about utilizing all types of techniques and combining ingredients. We live in a world where communication is much easier than ever; we live in a globally huge but small within its possibilities of communication. We need to take advantage of the power of communication to express new ideas and share and learn to inspire creative ways to create a new cuisine. And this is what Collective Cuisine is all about.
